Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site. Your use of this site is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of the following terms of use. By using this site and using our products you expressly agree that you have read and agreed to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use please stop using our products immediately as well as our site.
Returns - Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. We will do everything that we can to help resolve any issues regarding our products, as we try to satisfy our customers as best as we can. We cannot fix a problem without knowing about it, so please let us know if there is a problem with our products. Please note the ingredients list PRIOR to using our products.
Payment - We only accept Paypal payments, checks, money orders or cashier's checks. If paying via Paypal, once we receive notification of your payment we will process your order. If you are paying via check, money order or cashier's check your order will be shipped after your payment has cleared.
Tax - Sales tax will be collected from all Washington state customers and will automatically be added to your total upon check out.
Processing Time - Each product is hand-poured and custom-made, therefore we will do everything that we can do process your order in a timely manner. Candles will take approximately 5-7 business days as we must allow for the initial curing. All processing times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays and/or high sales times. As soon as your order is ready to ship we will notify you via email. Please feel free to email me at Marsbars@pacificscents.com for the status of your order.
Candles & Tarts/Melts - For external use only! Keep out of reach of children and animals. Never burn unattended. Please remove all labels and packaging from product prior to burning. When using tarts/melts only use burners designed for wax products. Follow burner manufacturer's directions when buring tarts/melts. Never add water, oils, etc to tarts/melts. Use only as directed. Never burn your candles/tarts/melts longer than three (3) consecutive hours. FAILURE to follow instructions will result in injury, death, fire or loss/damage of property.
Bath & Body Products - For external use only. As with any bath or body product, you must sample test our products on your skin for at least 24-hr before fully using the product. Some irritation, rashes and other forms of skin aliment may occur. If irriation, rash or other aliments occur discountinue use immediately. Use at your own risk and read ingredient and warning labels BEFORE using any product. Our products contain perservatives, that may include parabens. All bath & body products are skin safe. Please use caution when using any products as some ingredients may irriate your skin. Bath & Body products are for external use only. Please keep away from children and animals. Please take precautions during pregnancy and always consult a physician prior to use.
Resale of Pacific Scents, LLC Products - The resale of our products in a retail, auction or online setting is strictly prohibited. Only with our written consent or wholesale terms may our products be resold. We cannot guarantee the quality of our products unless your purchase them from our site, or an authorized wholesaler. Please email us for a list of authrorized companies that sell our products.

If violated, Pacific Scents, LLC will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.
Pacific Scents, LLC and it's owners will not be held liable for damages of any kind in connection with use of any of our products. This applies to any and all damages (direct, indirect, third party, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential). We reserve the right to many changes deemed necessary to our website and its content (including but not limited to products, fragrances, pricing, shipping and policies.) Pacific Scents, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged packages once it has been sent via USPS for delivery. If you are concerned about this insurance is an option and please contact us if you wish to have this added.
